Helix is the name given to a Twisted that appears as a boss is The 3rd Birthday. It was powered up by taking the blood of humans it killed. It is fought in Club Sacrifice in Episode 1: A Brave New World. Its main form of attack is through projectiles and a 'headbutt' that can easily smash through any obstacle while dealing massive amounts of damage or even death. This Twisted also boasts a large amount of health. After it is defeated the first time, it goes back through the portal it came from and is later fought once again near the end of the episode.

The entire body of the Helix is revealed in the second fight against it. Like before, this Twisted boasts a large amount of health as well as a high regenerative rate. Its only weakness is the swirling laceration on its back that can only be hit via the roof of the building located behind the Helix. Simply paralyze the Helix temporarily by shooting at its leg(s), then destroy the orb blocking the staircase up to the roof which is located behind the Helix.
